About Phil
This is a perfect self-defense course because we specialize in Filipino Kali and Indonesian Silat, both are weapons based systems. The motions of the weapons translate to our empty hands. Whether you carry a weapon or not, you are always ARMED. These programs are simple to learn and highly effective. So effective that law enforcement and the military agencies add these to their programs.
We enjoy helping others achieve their goals and helping to produce better people through the benefits of practicing martial arts
