About Jordan
I have a over 25 years combined experience in several martial arts. My main proficiency is Yang style Tai Chi Chuan and Shaolin Kung Fu with an emphasis on Seven Star Preying Mantis of which I hold the title of Sifu or master in both. I teach several weapons and I'm a master of Bo staff. I also teach and practice Hatha yoga and I am a certified personal trainer. I started teaching at 16 when I reached a basic mastery of Tai Chi and was allowed to assist my Sifu(master) with the class. As my training continued I began to run the class more by myself and to take on students.

All ages, men and women, mainly people 18-50. Lots of military and MMA amateurs. I have trained people that have no experience and people who are professionals as well as very fit people and people with very little athletic ability.
Be dedicated and realise you dont build a house in a day nor do you learn the depths of an ancient art in a few months or even a few years its a lifestyle with many things to be gained along the way.

Details
It varies depending on how far I have to travel to get to you but its usually 50$ a class and the class will run 2 hours. I do package deals, meal plans and several other programs for my clients so feel free to ask about a service and I am flexible on certain prices.
