About Donyil
DonYil Livingston is a Professional Fighter who’s been in the fitness world since the young age of 10. He began boxing in order to lose weight to play football, during this process fell in love with the sport.
At the tender age of 15, Livingston begin assisting others in reaching their personal fitness goals and fitness ambitions. With 26 years in the business, he has worked with some of the biggest names in the business: Sugar Shane Mosley, Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., Austin Trout, Floyd Mayweather, Shawn Porter and the list goes on.

I first like to have general conversation with my students to get an idea of their fitness goals both short term and long terms. I express to them how working out to be a joy and you should ALWAYS enjoy the process. It's about having fun while you grow, you should NEVER have to mentally out way the goods and bands of going to the gym.
I've worked with students of all kind. Some that begin with fitness goals. Many just wanted to do it to see if they could and later was encouraged through working out for setting goals. I have been very fortunate to not ever have a study to dislike the training, their growth and their fitness process. 🙏🏾
You should NEVER have questions if what you're doing or have done is correct or not be able to explain to others of the FUN and excitement that you're enjoying. Your every experience should be as if a kid entered a free candy store
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
They shouldn't have to think through any questions. They teacher/trainer/instructor should provide all the answers through their training. At the close of each session, the student mind and body should be intrigue for what the next session will present.

I love the way he doesn’t let me give up. He stays with me and forces me to finish, pushes me to the max. He also takes the time to explain to me the right way of doing the work out if I’m doing the work out incorrectly.
He was very patient and thorough. He helped me fix all the things I was doing wrong and did some demonstrations on a couple workouts. Highly recommend!!!
