About Deaundra
Hello, My name is Dre or coach Barfield. I’ve been a personal trainer since 2011. I’ve learned a lot over the years. I played football on several levels. I enjoy everything I do when it comes to training athletes. I love to see the progress in my athletes. I’m very passionate at what I do to better each individual. I’m very patient and a strong motivator. The development of each individual/athlete is my priority. Performance enhancement is what I do. I love to build my athletes from the inside to out. Not only do I build the total athlete physically but also mentally. I teach life skills because at the end of the day we can’t always play sports. Just to be able to train for life is bigger than anything. Health is wealth and I pride on that.
