About Erik
Erik Petty has been preparing athletes to compete in sports and life for 13 years by his mentor first, coach second philosophy. While coaching, he obtain 10 years of Personal Training services , 5 years of military services, 5 years of private security services, and 5 years of Tech/Engineer services. With his well rounded background he uses biopsychosocial approach to customize individual plan for each athlete. Coach E has work with athletes and clients on all levels (Little League-Professional) and ages (5-83 years old). He also prepared future soldiers for basics training and future Rangers/Special Forces for advance training. Coach E specialize in Exercise Therapy and Functional ROM movement’s.
Teaching has always been a passion of mine. My mentor gave me my first mentoring/coaching job when I was 19 years old. I coached high school basketball and softball for a program called Upward Bound Math abs Science. Best experience I have ever earned.

Test athletes based on the sports need I.e, basketball player test would be based on the players foot, ankle, knee hip, and shoulders. After baselines we begin building the program

Triple Jump!!! This sport is filled with extraordinary athletic ability or extraordinary focus skills. Not only one leg balance/strength is required but also rhythm that will help you avoid Leakage energy to be able to turn all of it into force on the final jump.
