About Krystalani

*I have 15+ years of experience when it comes to the game of 🥎 softball.

*I attended Texas Southern University (D1) on a full-ride and won 3/4 championship games and Rings.

*Freshman of the year award along with multiple first and second team league awards.

Softball is 90% mental & 10% physical

Mentality is key 🔐

*I have a passion to help younger women become the best versions of themselves when it comes to this game.

My positions were Center, left field, short-stop and 3rd base. I enjoy the outfield the most to say the least.

I am also a personal trainer so that plays a vital role into the drills and style I have to train my clients.

I love to have fun but in life there are inevitable consequences for your actions whether it be good or bad! But either way we grow to learn and learn to grow!

I love passing down my knowledge and skill set to the next generations. Watching them apply it and feeling good about what was just told to them or asked of them to do then Seeing positive results is a satisfying emotion.

Perfect! Coach K is fantastic! My daughter was in a mini slump (for her, not what most would consider a slump) and nervous at the plate. Since our lessons, she's been hitting the ball harder and cut down on her strikeout rate dramatically. She's more confident at the plate and it shows - her batting average is up!

Perfect! My daughter was struggling with confidence at the plate which affected her hitting mechanics. Lani is great at teaching how to manage the mental game as well as teaching hitting drills that are effective. She is very patient and also communicates very well about what needs to be worked on. Currently my daughter's batting has greatly improved!
