About Delilah
As a dedicated and passionate tutor with 10 years of teaching experience, I specialize in helping students of all levels discover and develop their singing potential. Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of teaching 150-200 students, tailoring lessons to each individual’s needs and goals. My approach focuses on personalized learning, ensuring that every student feels supported, challenged, and inspired. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced vocalist, I design my lessons to help you build a strong foundation, improve your vocal technique, and express your unique musical style with confidence. In addition to traditional singing techniques, I incorporate a range of exercises that improve breath control, pitch accuracy, and emotional expression. I believe in creating a safe, empathetic space where students feel comfortable to grow. With a commitment to fostering passion for music, I aim to not only develop technical skills but also instill a lasting love for singing in every student I teach.

My teaching methodology is rooted in flexibility, empathy, compassion, communication, and collaboration, creating a supportive environment for students of all levels. I believe that every student is unique, and I adapt my approach to their individual learning styles, goals, and needs. My lessons focus on building a strong vocal foundation while developing technical skills and artistic expression. I use a combination of vocal exercises, breath control techniques, ear training, and repertoire selection to enhance voice quality and performance.
Empathy plays a key role in my teaching as I encourage students to express themselves freely while building confidence. I also emphasize the importance of collaboration, whether in solo singing or group settings like choirs, ensuring students work together to develop harmony and musicality. In addition to singing, I offer guidance in related subjects such as music theory, saxophone, trumpet, and beatboxing, allowing students to explore diverse musical avenues and deepen their musical understanding. Together, we’ll nurture your passion and reach your musical potential.
