About RICHA
I am an educator with over 15 years of teaching experience, complemented by 9 years in the corporate sector — a combination that lets me connect classroom learning to real-world application. My academic credentials include an MBA, MSc in Chemistry, UGC-JRF, and B.Ed, giving me a strong foundation across both the technical and pedagogical sides of teaching. I have taught Chemistry, Math, Physics, Science, Economics, Business Studies, and Civics to students from Class IX through XII and college level, and have guided many toward success in JEE, NEET, CAT, NDA, CDS, AFCAT, and CLAT. I also run my own coaching institute, where I mentor students through structured, results-driven programs. My approach is professional, patient, and tailored to each student's pace — because genuine learning happens when a student feels understood, not rushed.
