About Marisa

My service is multi-faceted and fun. When we embark upon "Soul Work" we embark in a non-linear fashion. We go on a journey of exploration. Although the word Soul can mean differnt things to different people, the soul can be seen as our true self, the self that is not identified with anything but love. Now, how does that relate to coaching? Or to creating a business? Or developing better daily habits and chilling the fu%! out??? When we begin to listen to our dreams, and that calling from within to puruse a subject for the greater good, we begin to take action that is in alignment with our Soul, purpose, and we create meaning in our life. Somtimes this means starting a business, sometimes this means creating a product that will be of service to many, sometimes this means creating an organization or event where many will benefit from coming together, sometimes it means depening one's relationship to spirituality. Any and all of these are HUGE!!! My work stands out because I bring in the importance of truly listening to these inner whispers (your soul), and I teach you how to access your own inner wisdom to create change, happiness, and bring direction to your life.

I love and am dedicated to each individual's goals of inner and outer transformation. When I coach I use a foundation of spiritual suppport that helps to guide me and tune into each students specific needs. What I enjoy the most is helping someone to see their own unique gifts and how to use them in a specific way out in the world. Each and every one of us has a dream, goal, or desire that our Soul is asking us to pursue, and sometimes our minds and limiting beliefs, conditioning from our families or society disempower these aspirations. My goal is to unravel and help bring healing to the body-mind-soul connection and usher in an action plan that allows a person to pursue that calling.

Depending on where a person is on their journey, we may first focus on creating a foundational yoga and meditation practice to get centered, grounded, and safe in the body-mind, then we journey more into the deeper aspects of ourself and create clarity around a students soul powered vision they hold of themselves. I love to help facilitate and empower my students to not only believe in their dreams but to take action in the direction of their dreams.

It is my belief that when we truly embark on our Soul's calling we are not only doing ourselves a service but we are also offering the world and this planet our very best and most powerful offering that we could make.

Each person has been given a gift, I help people access and belive in their gifts and help make them real in the world.

About the lesson

My typical process for working with a new student is getting clear on goals and direction for each person. I use meditation, yoga, mindfulness, and shamanic tools to help the creative process come alive in each individual, as well as using these tools to create positive daily rituals and habits, lessening anxiety and depression, and tuning into one's true gifts.
