About Sandie

I’m a French dancer, choreographer and dance teacher of profession and I’m a certified yoga instructor in the US. I taught a lot of dance, yoga and fitness classes in the France and Austin TX. I love offering private classes as I’m interested the most in following a student’s progress, building classes fit for this student’s goals, desires, capacities, needs and interests. I also teach French lessons among the theater community and offer dancer and choreography workshops.

About the lesson

I use cues that are very specific and help the student to open his/her awareness to be able to participate in his/her own growth. I usually see people realize things in the middle of a session, therefore the progress is usually pretty noticeable and steI have ady, especially in students that I see every week.

I work with adults and children, professional and amateurs or beginner. I have no preference as what I value is the desire of learning something new and getting better with time.
