I will come to your house and talk with you about your unique and personal needs and then we will create a yoga routine for you! Experience all the benefits of yoga while also paying attention to your unique body, needs and health goals! With a new student, I will generally speak to him/her on the phone to make sure that my services meet his/her needs. Then, I will send my intake questionaire so I can get more background information about his/her health.
I generally meet at the house of my clients. I will then go over their questionaire and then I will help them move through a yoga protocol that meets her/his needs.
Follow-up sessions will be arranged, if desired by the student.
