When working with a new student, it is important to understand why the student is seeking the benefits of yoga practice. It all starts by me understading the needs and intention of the students. We will then begin a yoga practice where I will work closely to the student to ensure proper alignment and deep breath in the postures. Each practice guided by the student and their movement and desires.

Lauren is such an amazing instructor. She really loves what she does and it shows through her work. I am new to yoga and after one class with her I am addicted. It was so relaxing, yet pushed me. The time flew by unfortunately. I can't wait to do another session with her and improve more and more with her help!
