About Asher
Sacred attunement/ Eagles Nest Yoga stands out from other studios because we offer unique classes that are not being offered in the treasure valley. We also offer a heart warming, relaxing space that all feel welcome. Doesn’t matter your experience, we have something for you
We offer Kids Yoga, Yoga for Moms (childcare included), Shakti Naam (the yoga that works in junction with Chinese acupuncture system, breathwork and more), yoga nidra, restorative and more.

Our teachers and myself included have anywhere from 4-15 years experience teaching. I personally have been teaching for 5 years. I have taught in many locations all over the nation such as, rehabs, yoga studios (Naam Yoga LA), and transformational festivals. I am certified in Shakti Naam, Harmonyum Healing Therapies, pre/post natal yoga and soon to be Kids Yoga.
I was in Santa Monica California and I knew that I wanted to become a yoga teacher; just didn’t know which style to teach.
I didn’t know until I walked into the doors of Naam Yoga LA. There was a special energy that carried throughout the building and the people were real down to earth.
Then, I took a Shakti Naam class and I was hooked. My body felt alive and energy was surging through it in a way I had never experienced before. That was the moment I realized this was the style for me.
Now, I teach all over the nation in hopes to give others that same experience.
I have a 200 hr Shakti Naam Yoga certification. A 100 hr harmonyum healing therapies certificate and 100 hr pre/post natal yoga certificate.
