About Carmela
I have taught yoga since 1994 in many venues with a variety of levels. Each session is designed around the client's needs and goals. I have a nursing background that I integrate into my practice. My sessions are fun and creative. Kripalu certified.
I enjoy seeing my clients' progress. If students are consistent with the practice there is always progress.
I had been practicing yoga for 14 years when offers came my way to teach in 1994 and I've been teaching ever since.

First I assess skill and fitness level then creative a practice that the client finds accessable.
All age ranges and with different abilities. I work with injury, building strength and flexibility. Pre and Postnatal clients.
I would suggest they have clear goals and stay with the practice.
I recently attended an Urban Wellness Weekend where we covered yoga, diet, anatomy, and healthy living.
