About Aylinpahotmailcom

I love working with people and helping them grow. I have a couple of years of experience in movement, so I'm able to help you achieve your goals and be your best + feel good in your body. I teach ballet and musical theatre and have choreographed couple of dance pieces. Also, teach yoga couple of times a week and practice yoga 5-6 times a week. I enjoy switching things around and coming up with new sequences. You can check out my instagram page here to get to know me more: (concealed information)

Connecting with people, learning about their rituals and working with bodies. Sometimes moving bodies seems similar to making art as it takes a special talent to get a sense of what students need at a given time or environment.

I really enjoy teaching and the main reason I started teaching yoga is that it has helped me tremendously both physically and emotionally, therefore I'm trying to spread the word and pass on all the good benefits + share my experiences with others.

I did a 200 hour yoga training and have been teaching since then. I have a previous teaching experience as a ballet and musical theatre instructor, so I'm used to private and group classes. Currently, I volunteer at Heal one world as a yoga teacher + teach at Burbank Athletic club + VMAC and have my own outdoor classes.

About the lesson

I love teaching and meeting new people. For new students, I always make sure that I'm aware of any sort of injuries and specific needs on any given session and take it from there.

I have worked with more senior students, adults and kids.

To feel free to let me know what they enjoy and what they dont and if they don't know I can help them. I'm very open to feedback and I always make sure that my students are happy so we will work together towards growth and mindfull breathing.

I went to a silent sunset yoga event organized by Xanadu at santa monica and it was the best. We had an amazing playlist, the water was floating underneath and the intstructor was brilliant + having the company of my friends made it even more special.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out

The class was the perfect pace. Time flew by and I felt great afterward. I did notice a couple of people didn't know what leg to put up at one point for the pigeon pose. Otherwise it was really easy to follow and great for all levels. I think the poses were perfect for people just getting out of a class or getting ready for one. It was gentle and seemed like everyone had a good time. The music was nice and not distracting, and instead helped me get into the zone. I liked that you had modifications for everything because everyone is at different levels with yoga. Sometimes yoga can be intimidating but this was really friendly for all.
