About Patty
We believe in promoting the well-being of the entire individual (mind, body, & spirit) through mindful exercise. We have some of the most experienced teachers in the area who are results-oriented for you. Our amazing combination of modalities: Classical Pilates, Yoga, Aerial Yoga, TRX & our Signature Physique Classes – allow us to take clients to the next-level.
Here at studioVIBE we strive to provide you with a pure and life-changing exercise program that will help you meet your desired fitness goals. We specialize in personalizing instruction in both Private and small group class formats. We also conduct off-site training.
The yoga teachers, Pilates teachers, and other team members who have come to our studio, some have been with me nearly 20 years, are so talented at what they do and amazingly committed to the clients they work with. All Pilates Teacers have exceeded 600 hours of training through a Pilates Method Alliance Credentialed Program and all Yoga Teachers are registered with Yoga Alliance after completing a 200+ hour program.
Oh, and the clients who walk in our doors are Wake County’s finest. Our studio has an amazing VIBE, it is that simple.

If you have never taken classes before or have been attending classes at a different studio and you are unsure of which class is the best fit for you, just give us a call. Taking an Intro Class is not required, especially for those who are already practicing Pilates or Yoga. If you feel comfortable signing up on your own, then please do. We do ask that you let us know when you are coming by registering on-line or calling us, and then arrive 15 minutes early for your first class. If you are a NEW client and Triangle-Area Resident, you can take your first Yoga, Pilates Mat, BURN40, or Physique40 class complimentary
