About Becca
I have been in the health and wellness field for over 10 years. Nutritional consulting, teaching yoga, personal training, and life coaching in the realms of career and purpose.
What else is there other than holistic health?! My core belief is that the body yearns for optimal nutrition, movement and mobility, life fulfillment, and calming tactics in order to function at the highest level. I educate and implement a functional medicine approach to nutrition, focusing on each person as a unique, bio-individual as well as yoga movements and meditation for vibrant mobility and stress reduction.
Health, energy, and happiness are invaluable to us as humans; I am so grateful that I am in a position to help guide people from all walks of life to their healthiest, happiest bodies and minds!
