About the lesson

The process will be, first an assesstment to see where the student is at. I will move from there on.

I have worked with all levels.

I will advice the student to find a teacher that is well versed in yoga and ayurveda since they are sister sciences.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
I invite the student should to ask the question as they come to mind specially if related to the pose. Other questions can hold to the end.
