About Aubrey
I'm a board certified doctor of Natural Medicine with an extensive background in mind-body health and wellness.
I view people as a whole. Like complex, interconnected puzzles rather than a walking list of separate symptoms.
With a holistic approach, clients looking for nutrition, fitness, yoga, energy healing, and bioenergetic scans can find it all under one roof, at The Wellness Initiative.
I've been a personal trainer since 2012 - spending a majority of those years working for a high end gym with an excellent training program. I have many outside certifications within the fitness world, a certification in nutrtion from Precision Nutrition, a certification as a Mind-Body Eating Coach], a 200hr Yoga Teacher certification, an advanced 300 hour teacher training in Yoga Psychology, a 300 hour certified training to practice Mind-Body Therapy, and am almost done with another 300 hour yoga teacher program.

Depending on what type of work they are looking to do, typically we would have a brief consultation to establish the best way to move forward. If we both decide we are a match (because let's be honest, we don't vibe with everyone), we will figure out a schedule, and I will get to work piecing together a plan to help them achieve their goal!

Ask any and all questions! And of course, make sure that your personalities mesh - and don't feel obligated to continue working with someone if you don't feel like you vibe.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
I love that this is a question. I have a whole section in a course I will soon be offering that is dedicated to this very subject.
Think about what their goal is. Why they want to achieve that goal. How much realistic time do they have to dedicate to working towards it. What sort of obstacles might come up that could get in the way. Then being sure to ask a teacher questions - make sure you feel comfortable with them. Make sure you understand the scheduling and payment policies. Figure out how you will be meeting. Get rid of the guess work :)

Working with Aubrey had a huge impact on my life and approach towards fitness. Aubrey was able to pinpoint my weaknesses (weak knees) and work around them and make sure I met goals that I didn't even realize I was capable of. She helped me develop a passion for working out (as crazy as that sounds!) and I have carried that with me to this day. She also is always willing to work with you and is very patient!
She’s supportive but challenges me at the same time. And - she really knows her stuff!

Through my website, you'll notice the prices range from about $53-57 per 45 minute session. If there are multiple people, the pricing changes a bit so each person pays less.
