About Sheri
Hi! My name is Sheri and I believe Yoga can be a part of everyone's lifestyle! I specialize in beginner classes but am able to teach from Restorative and Yin to Intermediate and Power.
Meditation is a large part of my style and according to the students I can do as little or as much as they need - I enjoy leading guided meditation.
Yoga For Life!
I love the people and watching them progress with their practice.
I am a 200 hour certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. I did my formal training with Body Alive (at the time Yoga Alive) and I've been teaching for two years.

I first ask questions. Have you practiced yoga before? If so, what level. Do you have any injuries or issues that you'd like to address? What would you like to achieve with your practice?
Listening is the beginning of the practice - listening to what they need. We then move forward with a practice and depending on their level, possible explanations of the poses.
