About Kathleen

I am a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Accessible Yoga certified with a Master's in Clinical Counseling. I specialize in movement and enjoy being able to help people despite challenges they may face. My knowledge allows me to see the body as a whole when meeting your needs during yoga and after. I believe that variations and assistance are not signs of weakness but a sign of strength in learning your body. My goal is to help others continue to learn about themselves on and off the mat. I have taught a variety of individuals including children and adults, bringing accessibility for all. Regardless of someone's ability I help people see that yoga is for all bodies. Let's start by meeting you where you're at.

I am passionate about supporting individuals to live fulfilling lives. Yoga and self-care have become a huge part of my life and I was able to find how meaningful it is not only in my own life but also in the lives of those I work with. When I see someone, I don't see them for their limitations but for their abilities. I enjoy extending my work and knowledge to everyone yoga or meditation and teach yoga for all abilities.

I am a 200 hr RYT, Accessible Yoga certified, and have 5+ years of experience working with individuals of all bodies. I also specialize in motor and sensory movement. This allows me to meet a variety of needs based on each individual.

You know your body and needs best. Before working with someone new, I like to know what you are looking for so I can get to know you and figure out how I can meet those needs and wants.

Advocate for yourself and your needs. You know your body best so make sure to look for someone who listens to you and wants to meet your needs and wants no matter what you are looking for. I am an expert in my field and it is my job but I always make sure to listen first.
