About Ana
I'm Ana - passionate teacher of yoga and breath work, Holistic Wellness Coach and sound healer.
To be considered as your instructor is a true honor. I am grateful for your time and consideration.
I combine insight with years of intensive study. This includes a 500 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Certificate and a Holistic Wellness Coach Certification (CPD Accredited.)
I have discovered the art of healing through sound, breath work, nutrition and yoga while traveling and hosting individualized classes, workshops and retreats.
As a yoga practitioner for 11 years and teacher for six, I have developed unique methods for producing real results in students.

New students fill out an intake form to express their needs, interests, passions and history.
First practice, you are immersed in learning the basic Sun Salutation flows that you may use anywhere to find peace and centering easily.
We will also explore stretches and strengthening exercises for your specific needs.
Afterwards, you receive a personalized email with poses and cues we covered in class, as well as a stretching/exercise plan to follow at home.

Ana personalizes your yoga sessions to fit exactly what you truly need. She understands where you're at, never has any judgements, and knows how to address your needs. She balances your yoga session to push you while also sink into recovery. I am so lucky to have found her with so many teachers to pick from - I couldn't be happier!
This was a great experience with breathing exercises as well as gentle yoga poses. Extremely kind instructor - felt wonderful afterward!
She took it slow for me, but not in a way where I felt like I was slowing her down. Her descriptions of how to move the body and which muscles to engage vs relax really helped me get into a meditative place. Her class is very zen. :)
