About Angi

I absolutely love helping people improve their quality of life and overall well-being.
It began with yoga. I was learning at 2 years old alongside my mother. It became as natural to me as breathing over the years. Later I joined the Marine Corps and while continuing my own practice, it began to inspire other Marines to learn and I began teaching groups and individuals. I decided I wanted to teach yoga as my career and left the military to go to yoga teacher training in 2007 and have never looked back. All my students can tell that I'm passionate about what I do and I absolutely love teaching. Over the years I added more tools such as tai chi, bodywork, hypnosis and life coaching, etc. I'm forever a student as well as a sharer of the passion of my practice.

I do Angi Thai yoga at Wild Ginger Apothecary for restorative yoga and it has truly helped me heal from an injury. Angi gives attention to your personal comfort during the class and it is so wonderful. Angi really cares!
Her ability to sense attendees needs for the class she is leading. Angi brings fun to the sometimes boring task of yoga. Her Thi Chi classes, not 108, are lots of fun and she added a little bit of sword movements to the practice. Angi’s Restorative Yoga is to “live” for!! Her years of training and dedication shows. Well worth a go to.
