About Paola

Hi friends! My name is Paola and I've been teaching competative dance for many years. I teach ballet, jazz, contemporary, and Hip Hop kids ages 3yrs-teens.

Once I became a mama my love grew for Yoga Therapy and meditation. Another form of creative self expression and a way to reconnect within. I am a Yoga therapist and I am about to start my Masters in Psychotherapy to broaden my scope of practice.

I am also bilingual and speak Spanish fluently. I hope to connect with you soon!

I love working with children, teens, and adults. I find that creative expression/movement heals in many ways. When we can't find the right words to articulate how we feel, movement helps us discharge what needs to be released. I truly enjoy and feel honored to watch people unfold in their own unique way. :)

I started assisting dance as a 14 year old at my old dance studio to help pay for my dance classes. Then I got promoted to be a paid teacher and a lead company choreographer at 17 years old.

I've taught competative dance for over 10 years and I am a certified Yoga Therapist.

About the lesson

For Yoga therapy and intake form is provided. For dance I ask a few questions to help the student feel comfortable.

I've worked with itty bitty toddlers ages 3 to older teens ages 17-18.

If it feels right go for it! When you are being guided by someone it is important that it feels right and that you trust them. Also, have fun! :)
