About Debi
I have recently closed my studio of over 25 years. I am focusing on offering Private (and Semi-private) Yoga Instruction and Therapy from my home. My experiences and training over the last 30 years has included a lot of healing therapies that work well with yoga. My goal is to offer students the skills and the healing environment that allow them to grow in wisdom and self-care, and to heal in body, mind and spirit.
