About Jade

Vibrancy Meditation Yoga serves to inspire others to find their inner peace. Our goal is to make all feel welcome to have their souls guided here. We stand out from the crowd since we are a beach studio and offer a class full of meditation with a twist of yoga. This is where anyone who is looking to relax would love to come!

Personally I have been practicing meditation and yoga for five years now. It has helped me through multiple health related issues such as Type 1 Diabetes and Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

This is why I have such a huge passion for yoga and mediation, and why I now want to be able to share it with each of your beautiful souls! Whether or not you have experience practicing meditation and yoga this is a perfect place for all levels to come. I'm here to guide you through a spiritual experience.

I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Cal State University, Northridge. I’m also a Certified Personal Trainer (AAAI/ ISMA) with a CPR, AED, and First-aid certification.

I started teaching as a trainer and yoga instructor once I realized it were the only two things that make me so happy! My whole life I’ve dealt with having Type 1 Diabetes and Irritable Bowl Syndrome, which was always challenging. But once I turned to yoga and working out for peace of mind, I felt overall healthier. This is why ultimately my passion for yoga and fitness is so high. It’s also why I’m here wanting to share this with each of you!

I have a Bachelor of Science in Health Education, where primarily I learned about both mental and physical health. In addition I also learned the proper way to nourish the body. On top of that I have my Personal Trainer Certification (AAAI/ ISMA) too! I have worked in the past as both a private trainer and instructor, but I’ve also worked in gyms plus yoga studios as well.

About the lesson

Typically when working with a new student I like to get to know what their goals are. I also always make sure to be aware of any injuries or health related issues someone may have. Overall we really just sit down and create a custom plan geared toward that one specific individual.

I’ve worked with many type of students. In terms of ages I’ve worked with anyone as young as 16 to as old as 70, and equally work with both women and men. I’d say most of my clients are typically new to yoga and working out, or haven’t been into fitness recently.

My best advice to give to a student looking to hire a teacher such as myself is make sure the vibe is right. In my past experiences when I’ve been the student it was always difficult finding a teacher that was right for me personally. I believe in finding the right person in terms of truly liking them, but also knowing their going to help you in reaching your goals 100%!

In most cases I charge $50 an hour whether it be for a private yoga or personal training session. However depending on specific client needs and wants that price may be more or less.
