About Anna

Being a yogi since a teenager, I have participated in multitude of classes, workshops and trainings. In 2022, she graduated from 300 Hour Teacher Training in Colombia from Om & Flow Yoga, where I gained advanced teaching methods in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Breath Work. I am forever grateful to her guru, Yogi Hari, who taught me traditional Hatha Yoga in 2020, and also received her 200 Hour Teaching Training.

I have taught over 50 Painting classes with as many as 47 students at a time working as a Master Artist the original Paint Nite(known as now Yaymaker) at various bars, restaurants and clubs.

I received my associate's degree in Fine Arts from Atlantic Cape Community College and graduated in 2006 with the highest honors.

From there, I attended University of Delaware from 2006-2012 for Art Conservation and Chemistry. In 2008, I studied aboard in Chile and Peru. I worked for a museum to set up an exhibition of thousand year Incan burial clothes. In 2009, I worked at the Noyes Museum of Art as an Art Conservation Intern.

I am currently teaching various levels of yoga, privately, pursuing her personal training license from ISSA, and working to combine her love of teaching art, sound healing and yoga into workshops for the Philadelphia and South Jersey areas.

Anna fell in love with yoga and mediation in 2018 when looking for an alternative for her workout routine. The ability to reach beyond a basic physical workout and add a multi-faceted connection to her mind, body and soul was everything she needed and she was hooked. The ongoing challenges of pelvic pain from multiple surgeries for endometriosis always kept her from fully thriving from traditional exercise and sports, but with yoga she finally found a space to explore and push her limits.

I lost my job during COVID, so I had time to deciate my yoga practice and to become a certified Yoga Teacher.

I have my associate’s and bachelor's degree in Art. I have my 200hr and 300hr Yoga Teacher Training Certificates. I am a registered member of the Yoga Alliance, which recognizes yoga teachers worldwide. I have taken Anatomy and Physiology 1 and 2 at college level. I am current working on my Personal Training certification from ISST.

About the lesson

Yoga lessons offered by Anna are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in King of Prussia. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
