About Lola
We are a yoga / wellness center offering regular, Kundalini, and hot yoga. We offer Reiki, Food coaching and life coaching. We offer Yoga Mastery Training which leads to a yoga teacher training certification. We offer an Energy Mastery course which leads to a Level III Reiki certification.
My passion is healing people through restoring health through exercise, Reiki, nutrition and life coaching.
A series of personal health crises lead me to yoga 18 years ago. The benefits I reaped were extraordinary and I wanted to help others heal through use of this technology.
I am a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with extensive training and experience in use of exercise, nutrition, coaching and Reiki for maximizing health and restoring health.
