Practice without understanding will only get you so far. Understanding without practice will only get you so far.

You need a Holistic approach that includes Mind, Body & Spirit in order to create true sustainable healing and change in order to manifest your Heart's desire.

Follow your heart and find the teacher that feels right for YOU!

I love working with students who are ready, willing and able to create sustainable transformation in their lives.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
How long have you been teaching?

What style of Yoga do you teach?

Why should I choose you as a teacher?

What is different about you than other teachers?

A teacher must be confident, patient, kind, disciplined, intuitive, direct, truthful, fearless and compassionate.
