About Kasey
Not only do I teach specific sequences of Yoga, allowing for the release of trauma, experiences, feelings and pain, I provide personal counseling for those struggling with addictions. Addictions off all kinds! I facilitate Breathwork allowing for a similar release of past trauma, utilizing the power and healing aspect of our own breath.
Inspired by those who inspired me. Saw the results of the practices and decided to get trained to allow others the same opportunity for healing.
200RYT through Yogaworks. Breathwork Certified. CAAPP Substance Use Counseling credentialed.
