About Sarah
I have been practicing yoga for over ten years. I am a 500hr yoga alliance certified RYT. I am specialized in kriya yoga, holotropic Breathwork, and hatha yoga. I love to incorporate astrology, enneagram, lunar moon cycle synching, nature, and lots of laughter into what I do. I work with people who want to deepen their physical, spiritual, and mental practices. Working with Breathwork, meditation, and physical postures as well as energy work. I have worked with addicts and trauma clients in the past to help them regain a sense of self, purpose, and belonging and overcome limiting situations or experiences. I have a passion for helping people to live from a place away from pointless suffering. Fanning the flame of compassion in others is my passion. When one of us heals we all heal. 💗🙏
I offer regular in person group and private retreats, yoga sessions, customized kriya sadhanas, intuitve readings, reiki sessions, vibrational sound therapy, meditation classes, and more.
Seeing change happen in others and watching them step into their own bodies. The mind, body, soul connection-- and the ripples it creates throughout someone's life is so profound. It gives me joy being able to share my experience and knowledge with others in a positive and constructive way. Giving you the tools to be your own healer and to shine the light for others.
I was asked by a local studio to attend teacher training and was hired on halfway thru my training. But I have been teaching for 4 years. Yoga changed my life and helped me to cope with many thing and I felt called to help others
Ten years as a student of yoga. Level II Reiki and 500hr yoga alliance certified. Lunar moon cycle for women, and ayurvedic counseling. I have some formal astrology training and education as well. All blended together to create customized programs for you as an individual on your healing journey.

With one on one situations I love to have a meetand greet and get to know each other. Find out what it is you want out of your experience. From there I build a custom plan to fit you and your unique energy to maximize the results you seek.
Teens, couples, elderly, and everyone in between. Mental health and addiction are near to my heart and I've worked closely with people on that front as well.
Be open but also be selective. Try a few classes to see if you're interested with that persons style and what they have to offer
Working with a mother to help her regain body awareness and coping mechanisms for dealing with stress and anxiety.

She helped me to maintain an at home yoga practice and even some daily self care routines that have stuck with me for two years now! She's become even more than just a mentor, but I consider her to be a friend as well. She traveled to my home until I was comfortable enough to meet with her in a studio setting. I highly recommend giving her a try if you're looking for something more out of life. She's a breath of fresh air.
