I enjoy leading, instructing, and training all levels of participants ! Exercise is lifelong whether you are into sports or fitness Ascend Fitness, Health, and Wellness is here to help you achieve your goals.
I fell in love with teaching at the age of 16. I got certified by 18 and have been teaching every since!!
I have been trained by The Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research and multiple certifications through NASM (AFAA), Spinning, and ISCA. I also maintain memberships with Yoga Alliance, IAYT.

The typical process for working with a client by having them fill out there Fitness and Health information. I then review it and based off of goal setting we move into working with one another one-on-one or by zoom.
I have worked with Olympic Athletes, Special Forces, Military, Older Adult Populations, Youth and Oncology based Clients.
Pick someone who has a broad knowledge base of Fitness, Health and Wellness.
A recent event I am fond of is teaching and speaking about Health and Wellness to those who want to learn that no matter you circumstance you owe it to yourself to live a life of wellness.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should goal set and have a realistic compass of how long it takes to get their. The model for change is 16 weeks. Be ready to invest in yourself. It does not happen in one session.
