About Nicolette

I create a space for my client to make sure that they feel safe to express themselves. I support them to reach their goals through an integrative approach. I studied with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to become a certified Health Coach. In our sessions together we talk about nutrition, but more importantly we get to the core of the challenges holding you back from blooming into all that you are already capable of. This has been an effective approach to overcoming obstacles and becoming who you really want to be.

I am available to be there for my client if they feel stuck during the time in between our next meeting. My commitment to you is to set you up for Success!

If my client needs a personal yoga practice I will develop a private practice with them, or in a group if they prefer! I am a certified for 200 hour instructor certified in Costa Rica at Pavones Yoga Center.

I really love to see people grow and overcome obstacles. When we build a relationship and work together I am listening intently with no judgement just love and believing in you.

I feel that in this world we are so judged by others so having a space where you are free to be yourself and state your wants, needs, desires; where you're free to cry and laugh- is empowering and enjoyable! Motivating you to stay dedicated to your success is my intention for you.

My first time doing yoga was when I was in the hospital for an eating disorder at age 11. This practice helped me find a space within myself that was new to my discovery. A few years later I found my passion for yoga again when I experienced the loss of a dear friend at the age of 17. I was looking to dive deeper into myself, beyond the anxiety I was experiencing that I knew was a symptom of being imbalanced. Every time I went to yoga class I experienced a new sense of calm and self discovery. I brought friends and family to yoga and soon started teaching them on our vacations. I knew I wanted to truly be a teacher so I went for a training in Costa Rica in 2017, where I really stepped into learning more about anatomy and the history of yoga.

About the lesson

I have worked with men and women, ranging from 15-80.

I have taught chair yoga to elderly and have been teaching different types of yoga classes for people ranging in skill levels and age such as; yin yoga, hatha and vinyasa.

A student I work with on aerial silk hammocks, shared that she was feeling overwhelmed by the anxiety around going to her meeting. She decdied to change her perspective and walk down the wall coming into a backbend against the wall. This was so beautiful to hear how to was innovative with her situations, became aware fo her feelings, and chose a solution, making her meeting a more effective experience!

Details

Yoga- Private classes are $20 for an initial session (per person) From there we will work together to figure out what your goals are and then we will create a plan together that works with our schedules and finances.

Health Coaching- The first consultation is free so that we can go over the 6month program options, discuss what your goals are and you can experience my coaching style. From there can decide how we want to move forward.

Coaching is $100 per session. It is advised to meet 2 times per month (on the phone or in person). This includes many offerings such as yoga sessions specially designed for you, cooking classes curated based on your favorite foods and flavors, and communication check-ins between our sessions.

Permaculture Garden Consultations- Starting at $50 for the initial walk of the land consultation. Then we will discuss pricing for the planning and implementation of the project based on your wants for your garden and landscape and the size of the property. We can work in phases as well if you're looking to make smaller investments at a time.
