About Melody
As a certified yoga therapist, Melody Hansen has been sharing the therapeutic teachings of yoga and meditation since 2006. Experience the transformation that can take place when you commit yourself to a regular practice of yoga postures, breathing exercises, stretches and strengthening exercises, affirmations, meditation, and more!
In 2006 I trained to become a certified yoga and meditation instructor. In 2008 I began training other yoga teachers, and then worked towards become a certified yoga therapist. Now I teach both in person and online, and I direct two yoga teacher training programs year-round.
I am a certified E-RYT 500 yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance, and Certified Yoga Therapist with C-IAYT, and certified Meditation instructor.
I have been teaching Ananda Yoga and Meditation regularly since 2006. I have been training yoga teachers since 2008.
I'm also trained in Restorative Yoga and Prenatal Yoga.

One-one-one private sessions. First session involves some intake of medical history, experience with exercises and/or yoga, and goal setting with the client.
All ages, body types, and capabilities levels. Beginners through advanced students. Young and mature, children through seniors.
Look for a calm, confident, and educated instructor who will make wise decisions depending on your individual health and physical abilities.
