About Thomas
We are a hart-based Yoga Studio offering a myriad of yoga classes to the Upper East Site community. From Vinyasa to Kundalini Yoga, we aim to provide a yoga class that suits each and every individual's needs. Try our yoga classes with one of our trial packages. We are conveniently located yoga studio upper east side and continue to expand our yoga Manhattan offerings.
Medicine for the Soul Yoga is a yoga and wellness studio located on the Upper East Side in New York City. The studio is locally owned and operated with the intention to bridge the gap between clinical and spiritual wellness. Our mission is to provide a sanctuary and sacred space for people from all walks of life to experience affordable wellness through Yoga, Reiki, Meditation, Mindfulness and more.
The studio offers a variety of yoga styles including but not limited to Vinyasa, Hatha, Sivananda, Restorative, Yin and Ashtanga. Classes are designed to accommodate all levels of experience. Reiki sessions will also be held at the studio, and available by appointment only on a first-come-first-serve basis. Packages can be purchased through the MindBody app, or in-person at the studio. Clients are strongly advised to book through the MindBody app to ensure their space is reserved.
Medicine for the Soul Yoga is located on 84th Street in between 1st and 2nd avenue, just a few steps away from the 86 street Q station, 86 street 456 green line, the M15, M79, and M86 bus services.
We believe that everyone should have access to a sanctuary where they can reconnect with themselves and with others to build a solid foundation of inner peace, while aligning mind, body and spirit. It is their greatest hopes to see the studio flourish into a hub for wellness that welcomes all souls.
Every one of our teachers is licensed and certified to teach yoga and meditation.
