About Tracy

Yoga has been a part of my journey for over 13 years now. Through my practice, it has offered an awareness in which has created space from the obstacles in my own body (physically, mentally, and spiritually) to live a more flexible and fearless life, both on and off the mat.

I currently teach yoga at Blissful Life Corporation, Evolve Power Yoga, and I also offer Private Instruction.

My practice includes and is not limited to gentle stretch yoga, vinyasa flow, power yoga, kundalini, hatha, yin, chair yoga, and meditation/mindfulness.

I have found that yoga is a relationship that is built between your body, mind, and breath while it has also inspired me to live each moment mindfully.

It is my intention to share in and help others find their own release of “letting go” so they can comfortably and competently move their bodies through life with true freedom and liberation.

Yoga was brought to me through recovery. My very first instructor was a saving grace. I heard her say there was no judgment in yoga, and what that meant for me kept me forever on the mat. I began to practice what it was to surrender, then awareness came from that. The process in which allows me to live fearlessly and with much freedom on and off the mat continues to inspire me to inspire others.

I came to Ocala and found Blissful Life Corporation about a year ago as a student through a whole bunch of NO coincidences. The Universe saw fit that I take their 200-hour teacher training so that I could share with others what yoga has done in and through me. It is my home away from home. I love what their mission is about. Supporting those with any trauma-related backgrounds. It feels good to give back.

Yoga has been a part of my journey for a little over thirteen years now.

I am a certified 200 hours/Kripalu influenced

I am a certified in Level 1 / Reiki Attunement

I am a certified recovery coach/yoga for recovery

About the lesson

Qualifying myself first and foremost. Then developing a rapport with my student(s) to clarify what they are looking for, asking if this is their first experience with yoga, what their interest may be, and if they have any past or present injuries.

This would then enable me to gauge what technique(s) that I apply, along with any necessary modifications if any. It reminds me to always be mindful and that holding space for others is a "welcoming" & "safe" place to practice. This principle is utilized in every and all of my practices.

Women, Men, Teenagers, Athletes, Children, Weight Challenged Individuals, Persons With Injuries, Seniors, Recovery (any and all)

Your instructor should be certified

Blissful Life Corporation is donation based. Making it the only donation-based non-for profit yoga & wellness studio in Ocala. A donation of $10-$15 dollars is suggested, however, not required. Our mission is to support those recovering from trauma.

Evolve Power Yoga's venue is Membership designated.

Private Instruction Vary - $45 - UP
