About Laci
I am always fascinated by the transformation that happens when we begin to know our thoughts. A yoga practice with mind-body connection supports that. And that’s my passion. To guide the process in mind- body connection and a path to self discovery. Blending meditation, yoga and mindfulness practices. Ultimately learning to ride the waves with full awareness. I believe what we “believe” is how our reality manifests. Change the beliefs, the thoughts, and the actions to create a peaceful life.
