About Colleen
I love meeting people right where they are at. Yoga has changed my life and I want to share that with the world, one person at a time. I've become stronger, calmer and my comfortable in my own skin.
Recently, I've taken up the sport of Pickleball -- I'm obsessed. I would love to show you the basics and play a game. Maybe right after we stretch with a little yoga. :-)
While I can teach yoga to anyone, I specialize in instructing athletes and intermediate students--taking what they already know to the next level.
I love meeting people-- sharing and learning from eachother.
I graduated from 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2014 and Yoga Tune Up Level 1 in 2015. I love teaching yoga (almost as much as I love being a student)! I'm in the process of getting my 300-hr certification. One of my goals is to encourage yoga enthusiasts to become yoga teachers!
