About Marla
I’ve been practicing yoga for more than 20 years,I’ve been a teacher under yoga alliance for 5 years. I’m an E-RYT 200. I teach from beginner to advanced. I have consulting experience for yoga studios from assessing problems areas to planning events. I mentor yoga teachers on how to hone their skills with the gift of feedback. I teach mindfulness through a mindful eating workshop, which makes meditation more accessible.
I have a 200hr yoga certification, several certifications of yoga workshops. plus 2000+hours of teaching. I have worked as a coordinator for studios where I was in charge of auditions, teacher development, event planning, marketing. I’ve also been Lead Faculty for Yoga Teacher Trainings.
