About Sandi
Beyond a blissful yoga workout, I give my students the meditative tools they need to find solace in chaos.
I'm a seasoned yoga instructor currently offering online sunset yoga classes via Zoom. Mondays, 7pm EST, Beginner Level. Wednesdays, 7pm EST, Intermediate Level. $10 (venmo, paypal, cash app). I'm also available for private sessions via Zoom. $50. Individualized classes are perfect for addressing a person's unique needs, whether that's managing chronic pain, rehabilitating an injury, or navigating a stressful time in one's life.
I've been teaching yoga, fitness, and meditation full time for eighteen years. I have a Masters in Psychology and am certified in yoga, prenatal yoga, Pilates, barre, and personal training.
Yoga is not only my way of life, it has significantly and generously uplifted my life. I love sharing this gift with others.
Yoga uplifted my personal life, so much so that I decided to share its gifts with others.
I have many years of full-time teaching experience in NYC and Florida. I bring a strong meditative component to my classes. My education includes a Masters in Psychology and certifications in yoga, prenatal yoga, Pilates, barre, and personal training.
