About Courtney

I have more than 3 years experience teaching a variety of yoga types - everything from a fitness-based power yoga style to calming restorative yoga and meditation. I'll help you determine what combination of yoga and meditation styles is best for you based on your needs and wants.

I love being able to offer yoga to everyone. There's a place for some form of the practice in everyone's like whether you want to lose weight, get more flexible, or learn to meditate and change your life.

I was invited to teacher training by an instructor who I valued very much. Like me, she had worked in corporate America, found the practice when she needed it most and went on to teach classes while maintaining her corporate identity. I was inspired by her! As I continue to teach, it's the love of sharing yoga with thsoe around me that keeps me going. I want you to feel as soon as do!

About the lesson

Free 15 minute phone consultation.

In-person or virtual meeting to assess needs and set up a plan. We'll do yoga, breath-work, and meditation if you would like.

We'll work together to establish "goals" and expectations.

All kinds! Smaller bodies, larger bodies, men, women, youth/kids, elderly, injured, athletic, etc.

Be open! Talk to the teacher and look for a connection. Once you feel that, clarify what you're looking for or be honest if you aren't quite sure. If you go through a couple sessions and things aren't going how you'd hoped, also be clear about that with the teacher.

I was able to teach yoga to Melanoma survivors at the Steps for Melanoma event. It was great and so inspiring!
