About Leanne
Through slower-paced gentle yoga and hatha yoga classes, as well as relaxing and inspiring guided meditations, Leanne aims to make yoga and meditation as accessible and enjoyable as possible - and to provide her students with rejuvenating experiences that improve their lives both on and off the mat.
Leanne has been practicing yoga regularly since April 2015. She completed a 200-hour teacher training in February 2020 and is currently training to become a certified trauma-informed yoga teacher.
Creating and teaching yoga sequences and guided meditations fills me with so much energy and joy, and seeing my students' progress is one of the best feelings I've ever experienced.
I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training in February 2020. The training took place at YogaWorks in Playa Vista and was led by two incredible instructors: Thomas Taubman and David Romero.
I'm currently training to become a certified trauma-informed yoga teacher. This training is through Collective Resilience and is led by three inspirational instructors: Hala Khouri, Kyra Haglund and RW Alves.
I am also fortunate to have three amazing mentors who have taught me so much over the years and continue to support me along this journey: Casey Coda, Veronica Wolcow and Lee Wolfort.

I ask every new student what they'd like to get out of their practice and if they're working with any conditions that may affect their practice. I then tailor our sessions accordingly - and check in with the student's satisfaction and progress on a regular basis.
