About Jasmine Nelson:

I am a 200 hour certified yoga instructor with a passion for Wellness. My training and background encompass vinyasa, yin/restorative, power yoga, YogaFit, and Thai massage. Having suffered from chronic migraine and cluster headaches since childhood, I found yoga in 2005 and was able to use the breathing techniques and restorative postures I learned to find relief. I completed my 200 hour training in 2017 and continue to seek new learning opportunities daily to expand my knowledge and bring the best techniques to meet my clients' needs.

I love to see my students grow in their practice! Students may come to me with doubt about their abilities, or whether they have a "yoga body," and I get to see them exceed their own expectations, gain strength and flexibility they never thought they'd have, and shine with their new confidence!

About the lesson

I will schedule a call with you to learn a little more about you and what you hope to achieve through our private sessions. As a new student you will then receive a FREE 60 minute intro session, to help you decide if this is the right investment in your well-being.

I work with students of all ages who wish to improve their health, mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall well- being. I can help you start from scratch or add some variety and challenge to your regular practice.
