About Joshua
My experience teaching violin for 11 years has allowed me to support beginners and adult learners with patience and encouragement. I enjoy creating lessons that develop confidence while helping students appreciate both the technical and artistic sides of music.
I focus on building reliable fundamentals before introducing advanced techniques and repertoire. Students improve bowing techniques, finger placement, intonation, rhythm, sight reading, tone production, and musical expression through engaging instruction and practical learning experiences.
Every lesson is tailored to suit individual learning styles, ambitions, and musical preferences. Whether preparing for performances or learning as a personal hobby, I provide thoughtful guidance that encourages continuous improvement and lasting confidence.
