About Amy
I am a poet and essayist living in Tāmaki Makaurau. My poetry has appeared in various literary journals, I have an essay in a forthcoming collection published by Auckland University Press, and I am currently working towards the publication of my debut poetry collection.

My teaching style is structured while also allowing for open-ended creative and critical thinking on behalf of the student. Lessons will typically be 1-2 hours in length but I am flexible depending on the needs of the student. I have experience tutoring tertiary-level Literary and Creative Communications, NCEA Level 3 English and intermediate-level English.
