Classes can vary depending on the needs of the student or students . The classes I give generally have a strong emphasis on the breath and can be physically demanding or relaxing depending on the situation . I encourage students not to overextend but to gradually let their practice develop overtime . Try to encourage a smile and not take everything too seriously . Create a shared experience for the student / students and I . One of honesty and openness without judgement .
