• Techniques and teaching methodology: Vinyasa for beginner to Advanced level yoga flows, headstands, handstands classes.

• Typical length of a lesson: 60 min

• Your qualifications/experience as a tutor: Certified 200-hour YTT, Ongoing certification in prenatal and postnatal yoga (in progress)
