About Valeria
I am passionate about yoga and spirituality, and have taught in Germany, Spain and Czech Republic, bringing grounding and ease through my classes to people of all backgrounds and shapes. My approach is a mindfulness-based one, and I bring aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Sound Healing in the process.
