About Nittu
Greetings! I'm thrilled to introduce myself as a yoga tutor. As an Occupational therapist and an ardent yoga enthusiast, I bring a unique blend of knowledge and passion to our sessions.
My journey in both fields has ignited my curiosity about the intricate connection between mind and body, and how this harmony shapes our overall health and well-being. This curiosity led me to become a certified yoga teacher, a path I've embraced wholeheartedly.
Teaching yoga is not just a role for me; it's a calling. I firmly believe that yoga is not only a practice but a way of life that empowers individuals to enhance their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Through my dual background in Occupational Therapy and yoga instruction, I'm dedicated to guiding you on a transformative journey towards holistic wellness.
Join me in discovering the art of balance and vitality. Let's embark on this enriching voyage together, where the synergy of mind and body creates a harmonious symphony of health.
Looking forward to sharing this incredible journey with you.
