About Genny
With 12 years of ESL teaching experience, I have guided High School and College students in developing strong English language skills, successfully teaching around 150–200 learners. My teaching philosophy is centered on clarity, patience, and consistent progress.
I believe that learning should be step-by-step and easy to follow, so I break down complex topics into simple and understandable parts. I use real-life examples, practice exercises, and regular feedback to ensure that students fully understand each concept.
I also encourage students to actively participate and practice speaking as much as possible. One of my key achievements is helping students become confident in using English both academically and in daily communication. I take pride in supporting my students and helping them achieve their goals with confidence and independence.
